I won’t be participating in NaNoWriMo this year, and that makes me sad. Very sad.

I think this would be my third or fourth year, but I just have way too much going on and the stakes are too high for me to risk losing time. I can’t afford to fall behind in my classes because I won’t graduate come December (horror!) and I can’t let Shades of Green fall to bits because my mom and I have been working our asses off on it.

I am sad, but I promise that I’ll make it up in 2009.

For those who are interested, my mom and I are officially joining together to sell our art. The website is shades-of-green.us (still under construction). I won’t go into too much detail since we’re working right now on the mission statement and the set-up, but you can bookmark the site!

Of course I have more news and more projects in the pipeline, but that will all have to wait. I’m busy, busy and want to get Shades-of-Green.us up and running ASAP. I’ll keep you posted.
